1. If you have a kitchen with blank walls, give it an upgrade with a peel-and-stick subway tile backsplash. It adheres right to the wall and can be removed without a trace. 2. If you live in an apartment where you inherited cracked tile (or, um, caused it yourself), use a tile and stone repair kit to make it look like nothing ever happened. It’ll repair cracks and holes, fix scratches and marks, and mend chips and dents. 3. If your kitchen or bathroom doesn’t get enough light, try an under-cabinet lighting kit. These are great because they just tape onto the bottom of your cabinets, which means they’re out of sight and won’t damage your wall.
